Detroit Cargo was founded by two friends who made a living designing and importing mass production goods for more than 20 years. Over the years their foreign made products became well featured to a level of complexity far beyond usefulness. These wallets are made from salvaged/reclaimed fire hose which is linen and produced circa early 1960's. This type of hose has not been used in decades and is no longer in production. The Detroit Cargo logo is laser etched into leather trim along the bottom. Each card holder comes in a gift box with a card that describes the origin of this product.
