Marcella Austenfeld was born in Northern Ontario, and has lived in and traveled through most of the Canadian provinces/territories. She lives in Orinda, CA with her American husband, two teenage boys and loyal canine companion, Rusty. Native American (Canadian) heritage, along with family makers and story tellers are woven into Marcella’s past, and influence her design and approach to making jewelry. All of her jewelry is made in her home studio, which over the years has grown with tools, torches and things that whir.
