What is The Artisan's Bench?

Design & function are our Holy Grail.

Located in downtown Brighton, MI, we feature handcrafted items by many regional artists. We specialize in providing unique handmade goods: rugs, ceramics, paintings, wood and more. Handcrafted functional & decor items/gifts specializing in Michigan and US made.

 

How does shipping work?

Shipping is largely done by hand in store, and can take 1-5 business days to process (pre-shipping) and depending on your location, shipping time will vary. Please contact us if you need further specifics or if your order is time-sensitive so we can try to accommodate. If we have to re-order or special order an item, it can take 2-3 weeks or more. We'll let you know if this is the case.

We primarily ship goods to the continental United States. If you are an international customer and want something shipped, please visit our Contact Us Page and we'll be able to come up with a shipping price for you.

All out-bound shipping costs include tracking and insurance (We will send you your tracking information). 

  

How can I check on my order?

We'll send email notification of your purchase and any updates regarding shipping and tracking.

How can I return something?

Why can't I put certain items in my cart and purchase them on the website?

The Artisan's Bench prides itself on carrying the best in unique hand-made items. Some items are not available to order through the website directly for many reasons. Many are truly one-of-a-kind and require special care and handling; and some items may only be available for pick-up from our store. Please feel free to contact us directly for pricing by phone, email, or our contact page.

I noticed something strange on the website (A broken link, image, etc), what should I do?
